We would like to inform you that you, as a customer (consumer), by using the website available at mrcolinstore.com, declare that you know and accept the following terms and conditions created based on the Hungarian Civil Code. (Act V of 2013) 6: 77-6: 81. If you wish to be a customer or an active user of the services offered by our Webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully and use our services only if you agree with all of its points and consider them binding on you.
This document is concluded in electronic form only. The contract regulated by the following conditions is governed by the Hungarian Civil Code. shall be deemed to be a contract concluded in absentia.

The service provider is referred to in these general terms and conditions as the operator.
2. Range of purchasable products and services
The online store offers custom dog collars, harnesses, leashes and other pet accessories.
Disclaimer: The images shown on the product pages may slightly differ from reality and in some cases are for illustration purposes only.
3. Purchase information
The displayed products can only be ordered online through the Web Store, with home delivery service.
Prices shown for the products do not include home delivery charges.
If the operator indicates an incorrect price for the product, despite the expected care, and the price of the product differs from its generally accepted price, the operator is not obliged to provide the product at the incorrect price, but is obliged to offer the buyer the possibility of buying at a reasonable price. If the buyer does not wish to exercise this option, he has the right to withdraw from the contract unilaterally.
There is no extra packing fee. The detailed delivery tariff is part of these terms and conditions, under the menu item Delivery and Payment.
In our webshop you can browse the available products and services based on product categories. In addition to the listed products, you can view a short description, price and other features of each product, without claiming completeness. For more information about the product, click on the product image or the product name. This will take you to the product page where you can get more detailed information about the product. If you need more detailed information, please contact the operator at the email address provided in the operator information.
Purchase process
- Click the “add to cart” button to add the item to the Cart.
You can add the products to the Cart and purchase it without registering. You can find the registration under the menu item on the right. If you are a registered customer but have forgotten your password, use the Password Login Reminder. If you enter your registered email address here, your password will be emailed to you. You can log in using the Login menu item. Enter your registered email address and password here, then press the enter button. If the login is successful, this window will display your registered email address and an exit button that will allow you to leave the store.
- You can check and edit the contents of the card using the Cart menu item. You can view and modify the quantity of the product you have added to the cart, and you can choose the most suitable payment and delivery method, or you can delete any given item. You also have the opportunity here to empty the basket completely. If you want to add another product to the cart, select the "Back to shopping" button. If everything is OK and you have decided to place an order, you can finalize your order by clicking the "Go to checkout" button.
- Once you have finalized your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation including the order details to your email address. If you do not receive such a letter, your order will not be accepted. In this case, please contact us, as indicated above, using the operator details.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an Order Closed Confirmation to the email address you provided. The product will only be delivered after that.
You can monitor the progress of your order until the order is closed using the Order Tracking menu item. Here you can also find all your previous orders that you have sent to our Webshop. Each order can be identified by a unique order number.
4. Registration
If you want to make a purchase, you must also provide the information required for the first purchase, such as your name, billing and shipping information, email address, and password for later access. It is also necessary to accept the registration conditions before finalizing the registration. The registration will be confirmed by e-mail. The buyer is obliged to keep the password provided confidential. If, during the identification, the customer's data is accessed by an unauthorized third party after the correct entry of the customer's unique identifier and password, the Data Controller shall not be liable for any resulting damages or inconveniences. By providing their e-mail address, users consent to the operator / service provider sending them a technical message. The registered data will be deleted from the system by the operator upon request. For security reasons, the deletion request will only be valid if it is confirmed by the user by e-mail, thus preventing someone from intentionally or accidentally deleting something else from the registration database. Registration is identified by the email address, so an email address can only be registered once.
There are no obligations to register.
5. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days until 18:00. It is also possible to place an order outside of the dates marked as order processing, but if it is made after the end of working hours, the order will only be processed on the following working day. The deadline for fulfilling the accepted order is 2 - 5 working days from the confirmation for the products in stock. In case the product is out of stock, it will take 5-10 days depending on the place of purchase.
Our company is not responsible for any changes in the technical specifications of the ordered product without prior notice to the supplier or for reasons beyond its control.
6. Payment method and delivery fee of the purchased order

8. Home delivery information
Orders received in our webshop are delivered by Packeta. Packages will be delivered on working days from 8 am to 5 pm. As a delivery address, it is advisable to provide an address where the courier can be received at the upon mentioned time of the day.
You must immediately indicate the loss, partial loss, damage, or destruction of the shipment at the time of delivery on the delivery note. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. In the absence of a document of delivery, you must immediately notify Packeta of the damage with another document relating to the shipment within the time limit lost to Packeta or the Hungarian Post - within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
9. Right of withdrawal
According to the regulation of the Government Decree 45/2014, contracts concluded in absentia, the provisions of this section are applicable only in the case of a buyer who qualifies as a consumer. The consumer may withdraw from the contract and return the ordered unopened product within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to inform the operator in a clear written statement (by registered mail with return receipt or by e-mail). Upon receipt of the statement of withdrawal, the operator shall confirm it to the consumer immediately. In case of withdrawal by the consumer, he is obliged to return the ordered product to the operator within 14 days from the notification of his statement of withdrawal. The cost of return is borne by the consumer.
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the operator shall reimburse the consumer for the payments made, including delivery charges, within 14 days of receipt of the declaration to that effect. An exception to this is if the consumer has chosen a mode of transport which involves additional costs and which is different from normal transport. The service provider does not have to fulfill his obligation to repay until he has received the returned product or received credible proof from the consumer that the product has been returned. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the operator must take the earlier date into account.
The operator may demand compensation from the consumer for material damage resulting from improper use. Therefore, pay special attention to the intended use of the product, as the consumer will be liable for damages resulting from improper use.
Upon receipt of the package by our company, the unpacking of the package and the examination of the returned product will be recorded with a video camera. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings at a later stage. (for example, that the returned product was damaged or incomplete)
The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal:
- in the case of a product, the price of which depends on money market movements and fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the company.
- in the case of a non-prefabricated product which has been manufactured specifically at the request of the consumer, according to his specific needs,
- in the case of a product for which the specific request of the consumer is met by the operator for urgent repair or maintenance work
10. Warranty
Mr. Colin does not sell a product that is covered by Act No. 151/2003 Coll. (IX. 22.) would fall within the scope of Government Decree.
11. Guaranty
In the event of a defect in the supplied product, the claim for the warranty of supplies against the operator has the right to be enforced by the Civil Code 6: 159-167: § i. Within six months of the date of receipt, you may assert your warranty claims for product defects that already existed at the date of receipt. After the 6-month limitation period, you can no longer exercise this right.
In the event of an error, you may request that the supply be repaired or replaced, or that you may terminate the contract.
You must notify Mr.Colin immediately upon discovering the error, but no later than 30 days.
If you wish to enforce your warranty claim within 6 months of the contract coming into force, you can do so by invoicing the product you purchased or by presenting a copy of it. If Flowdog can prove that the defect was caused by the User, then it is not obliged to accept the warranty claim.
There is no room for withdrawal due to a minor error.
12. Complaints handling

The operator is obliged to keep a record of the complaint, in the place indicated in the data of the operator, and to keep the complaint for five years from the date of collection, together with the response to it. The operator shall investigate the complaint received within 30 days of its receipt and provide a substantive response. If the operator gives a negative response to the complaint, he must give reasons in writing. Disputes arising from the contract concluded with the operator may be settled primarily amicably, by agreement between the parties or before the competent consumer protection authority according to the place of residence of the consumer. If these do not lead to a result, the parties will have to go to court.
13. Data management
The operator of the web store will keep the provided personal data during its use confidential and will not disclose it to any third party, unless it is required by its subcontractor (Ex: courier service) to deliver the order. While browsing the web store, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes. (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). The operator shall provide this information to the authorities only in legally justified and substantiated cases. You must enable cookies before you can use this service. If you do not want to allow the use of cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings. If cookies are disabled, certain elements of the service may be used only partially or not at all. A cookie is a file sent by a server to a user's browser and stored on a user's computer. No personal data is stored in the cookie. The data recorded during the order is used by the operator to fulfill the order. The data of the invoice made by the order placed by the individual IT systems on the pages of the webshop are recorded with the data provided during the placing of the order and stored for the period specified in the current Accounting Act. The data provided during the browsing of the webshop or during the registration of the newsletter provided during the registration will be treated confidentially by the operator, unsubscription can be requested at one of the provided contact details. You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing.
During the procedure starting with the order, the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 shall prevail, the data protection statement of the service provider is available on the website.
14. Other provisions
In matters not regulated in these general terms and conditions, the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013), 45/2014 on distance contracts concluded in the case of consumer contracts. the provisions of a government decree shall prevail.

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Mr.Colin processes the name, e-mail address and password you provide during registration for the purpose of identifying you. The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give when completing the registration process by ticking the box preceding the statement "I register and accept the privacy policy regarding the personal data provided during registration".
The provision of the name, e-mail address and password provided during registration is not based on a legal or contractual obligation, is not a prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract, and you are not obliged to provide your name, e-mail address and password under any other legal provision.
If you wish to terminate your registration on the Site, you may do so by clicking on the Delete Registration button. If you cancel your registration on www.flowdogstore.com, Mr.Colin will delete your user account and the personal information you provided during registration.
By cancelling your registration you will not be automatically unsubscribed from Mr. Colin’s newsletters. If you do not wish to receive future newsletters from Mr. Colin, you can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button.
With regard to the processing of personal data that Mr.Colin has processed between the time of your registration and the time of your cancellation of your registration on the basis of your consent, Mr.Colin has acted lawfully, regardless of whether you have cancelled your registration.
3. Recipients of personal data
The personal data you provide for the purpose of registering on the website may be known to persons acting on behalf of or on behalf of Unas.hu
The name, e-mail address and password you provide for registration purposes will not be disclosed by Mr.Colin to any other person.
4. Duration of data processing
Mr.Colin processes the personal data provided during registration from the date of registration until the date of cancellation of the registration.
Mr. Colin will automatically delete the personal data you have provided during the registration process upon cancellation of the registration.
5. Amendments to the privacy notice
5.1 Mr.Colin may modify this privacy policy at any time. The amended privacy policy shall apply when Mr.Colin publishes it on its website.
5.2 Mr. Colin will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Notice at the e-mail address you provided during registration. If you do not agree with the content of the amended privacy policy, you may cancel your registration and your personal data provided during registration will be deleted by Mr. Colin.
6. Your rights in relation to data processing
In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to exercise the following rights: the right of access, the right of rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability.
6.1 The right of access
You may request information from Mr. Colin about whether Mr. Colin processes your personal data.
If Mr.Colin processes your personal data, you will be informed of the following information: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data concerned; (iii) the recipients or future recipients of the personal data processed; (iv) the envisaged duration of the storage of the personal data or the criteria for determining the duration; (v) your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data; (vi) your right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information; (vii) information on the source of the personal data, if the personal data have not been collected directly from you; and (viii) the fact of automated decision-making, at least with regard to the logic used and clear information on the significance and likely consequences for you of the processing of your personal data.
Mr. Colin will provide you with a copy of your personal data processed if you request that a copy be provided.
6.2 The right of rectification
You may request Mr. Colin to correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete personal data without undue delay.
6.3 The right to erasure

Mr.Colin no longer needs the personal data for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, (ii) you have withdrawn your consent (in the case of consent-based processing) and there is no other legal basis for the processing, (iii) you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, (iv) your personal data has been unlawfully processed, (v) Mr.Colin is under a legal obligation to erase personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, or (vi) the personal data is collected in connection with the provision of information society services directly to children.
Mr.Colin shall not delete personal data if the processing is carried out for the purposes of (i) exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, (ii) complying with a legal obligation to which Mr. Colin is subject to which requires the processing of personal data, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Mr.Colin, (iii) on grounds of public interest in the field of public health, (iv) for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes (where the right of erasure would be likely to render impossible or seriously impair such processing), or (v) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If Mr. Colin has disclosed the personal data and is required to delete it, it will use its reasonable endeavours to inform the data controllers that you have requested them to delete the links to or copies of the personal data.
6.4 The right to restriction of processing
You can ask Mr.Colin to restrict the processing. In the case of restriction of processing, Mr.Colin may process the personal data, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another person or for important public interests of the European Union or of a Member State.
You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, (ii) the processing is unlawful, you object to the erasure of the personal data, (iii) Mr. Colin does not need the personal data for the purposes of the processing but you request the restriction of the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or (iv) you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Mr. Colin will inform you of the lifting of the restriction prior to the lifting of the restriction.
6.5 Objection to the processing of personal data
You may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Mr. Colin or a third party.
You may object at any time to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Mr. Colin may not process personal data if you object to the processing of personal data.
6.6 The right to data portability
Upon your request, Mr. Colin will provide you with the personal data provided to it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where the processing of personal data is based on consent or the performance of a contract and the processing is automated (not paper-based).

7.3 In the event of a breach in the processing of your personal data, you may take legal action.
We try to make it easy for you to buy by providing true-to-colour pictures, accurate descriptions and sizes, but it is still possible that you have ordered the wrong size or model.
If the size, width or colour is still not right, you can exchange the product for a more suitable one by following the instructions below:
- Within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, notify us of your wish to exchange by email to mrcolininfo@gmail.com
- In the email, be sure to include your order number
- We can only exchange clean items in unworn condition
- Send the parcel to us at the address given in the reply email, using the delivery services of your choice.
- The cost of delivering the parcel is the responsibility of the customer
- The replacement parcel will be sent via one of our contracted partners at provided delivery cost for your country in our Shipping terms.
- You can pay the delivery fee by bank transfer.
- The price difference between the original and the replacement product will be deducted/added to the delivery cost, depending on whether you want a smaller/larger/different version compared to the original
- We are not able to exchange custom products
- Personal pickup or exchange is currently not possible
- A video is always recorded of the opening of the incoming parcel, checking the condition of the product
